Refund policy
We keep it simple.
We have a hassle-free 60 day return policy! This means you have 60 days after receiving your piece/s to make a return.
All you have to do is log in to your account and select 'start a return', and let us in on the reason for your return. From there you will be directed to download and print out our complimentary pre-paid return shipping label. If something goes wrong with our automated system, please contact us at hello@houseofjx.com ASAP and one of our Customer Success Specialists will take great care of you.
If you do not wish to use the pre-paid label service, please contact us to obtain authorization for your return. You may then return your package by the carrier of your choice to the following address:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same sparkling condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A 5% restocking fee will be charged to your original purchase method. If you don't have an online account with us (the easiest way to preserve records of your purchases), you’ll also need to send us your receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue double-quick!
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We cannot accept returns on sample sale items or gift cards. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once your return is accepted, your purchase amount will be effortlessly refunded to your original payment method within 3 business days on our end. However, sometimes your bank or credit card company doesn't move as quickly as us and may require 10 business days to process your refund. If your refund has not posted more than 15 business days after we’ve accepted your return, please contact us at hello@houseofjx.com and we will assist you in tracking your refund status.
