Shipping policy

 

We offer shipping within the United States: Standard Economy (free, generally delivers in 5-7 business days), Priority (delivers within 3 business days), and Expedited (delivers in 1-2 days) to eligible items. Exact prices will be quoted during the checkout process based on shipping address provided as is standard. 

You are to select your preferred method of shipment at checkout as prompted. Your order/s will be shipped to the U.S. delivery address specified during the order process. House of JX and the merchants represented are not responsible for any loss of your purchased products following the shipment from House of JX's or its agents' or mandataries' facilities to your delivery address. If your purchased items are lost under these conditions you must contact the shipping carrier you selected during the ordering process to pursue point of accountability. House of JX holds no knowledge of or liability for the conduct of the shipping carrier you have selected.
